YOGA

Our yoga classes include Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga.
Each class is modified according to the group request or to individual’s needs, with gentle or powerful movement sequences to help improve the body’s movement patterns, yogic breath techniques, and guided relaxation. 
Each class is structured to address a region or system of the body that may need balancing for better health and well being.
Yoga classes can be private (1 person or max 2) or for groups of maximum 8 people.

MEDITATION

Our Meditation classes are divided into 2 kind: Introduction to Meditation and Meditation.
In the first one, participants will discover the fundamentals of meditation, learning techniques to enhance concentration and unlock the full benefits of the practice. The second one is designed for individuals seeking deep relaxation and mental clarity, providing tools to cleanse the mind and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Whether new to meditation or looking to refine your practice, this session will guide you on a journey towards tranquility and mindfulness.
